A 29 year old man touched a 15 year old's butt and they made out for a few minutes but he stopped her when she tried to kiss again but he also drank alcohol with her. She also is a sexual active girl who is very flirtatious and has been lied to police. It was a mistake made over a year ago. The man is a stand up guy with 3 kids and made a stupid mistake. Even the police profiler says he's a good guy that made a mistake. What charges can be filed and what's worst and best case considering it was consensual and she turned 16 a month later?
