What can happen if I was arrested and charged with fleeing to elude police and DUI?

There was another person in the vehicle that was charged and plead guilty to it but the prosecutor is still charging me and will not drop the charges. I have several security clearances and can't lose them or I will possibly lose my job. I need help fast and someone who know their way around that courtroom. I was never fingerprinted when held in jail and upon first court date was re-arrested and charge was then upped to a felony. I was taken back to jail made yet another bond and was still not fingerprinted. I have been back and forth to court and still have never been printed.
