What can I do about awarrant for no documents-failure to provide?

More details to this question:
what does it mean when you get a warrant for no documents-failure to provide? Its a misdemeanor and we can't figure out what this is all about, it's for my father but he has no clue where or what this could be from!

Pretty vague, but I suspect it's a no proof of insurance. If you have a warrant you have a problem, either turn yourself in or high an attorney and they may be able to worn with the prosecutor to wrap the whole thing up without the need to sit in jail while the court figures out the problem.
