3 years ago was charged with DUI. License suspended for refusal to blow 1 yr.Won at trial so no DUI conviction. Just recently, 3 years later, DMV suspended my license for obtaining license by fraud. They are stating that a couple days after my arrest 3 years ago,two requests for replacement drivers license was made and 1 request for state ID. I never received or ordered anything. I used my passport. They are stating having in your possession a suspended license is fraud. I never had a license in my possession. No evidence anywhere. Matter of fact, 3 mos after arrest was pulled over for DWLS and had no license on me at time to further prove my side of story. How can they call this fraud? lets say somebody does order their own license how is that fraud? Frankly, I have several key documents of identity theft shortly before and after DUI arrest. If anything I was once again victim of identity theft over the net. The only evidence they have is some print out stating the dates the 2 licenses were ordered and 1 state ID. No evidence mailed, received or in my possession. This is truly screwed up and can cause me to lose a great job.
