I walked by a constable towards the restroom and he said he was looking for me. I did not do or say nothing to him and went to jail.

If there is an arraignment, then you would be informed of the charges. If a felony, a Preliminary Examination would be scheduled, and you would know what support for any charges would be through discovery.
