What can I do from here to get this DUI fixed and my license?

I have question I hope somebody can answer in 2010 I got DUI. 0.09 was the reading I was 21 had insurance registration and he stopped me for exhibition of speed broke traction. Plead guilty and refused the blood test. Spent 7 hrs that night in jail appeared for my arrangement. Was order this and that to complete before next court date. I didn’t complete anything and 2012 left the state for work. I sent them a letter last month to pleading for a deal to pay off fines and complete whatever from my new home state so I can get my driver’s license and was denied.

You need to hire a lawyer to go to court to recall the warrant. A lawyer can do this without you present. As long as this case is pending you will never get your license back.
