What can I do if I was arrested for driving with a suspended license and I have no knowledge that it has been suspended?

The other day I was stopped by an officer for speeding and was later told that Illinois had suspended my license which I was totally unaware of and was arrested in this regards. I have recently moved for a new project to Missouri like 2 months before this thing. Later I found out that because I did not provide an SR22 Illinois has cancelled it. Can I erase the tickets from my history and also the arrest as I am concerned about the arrest being in my history? I had clean history before this incident.
