I walked out of the store and 3 police men stopped me and wanted to look in my purse because the manager called and said I stole a phone charger.

Go to trial and win. If you were not in fact charged with a crime, consult a civil attorney in your community regarding a lawsuit against the store if they acted unreasonably.
