What can I do if I was charged with a class 6 felony for possession of marijuana but have my Arizona medical card? I also missed my first court date and had a warrant issued I have contacted my judge and set a new court date. Is the warrant now void or still active? And I'm worried about the felony charge. I have a baby on the way and can’t afford jail time or outrageous fines. Could someone please tell me what to expect when I walk into court next week?

You need to retain qualified counsel to assist you or have the assistance of court appointed counsel. Either way, you need to discuss these issues directly with your lawyer.
