What can I do if I was charged with public intoxication?

Me and my friends got pulled over and there was a junkie in the car that had drugs but we didn’t get charge with her stuff because we didn’t know here. Me n my friend got arrested for public intoxication even though I wasn't on any drug. I recorded the policeman. And I’m on probation. What should I do?

You were drunk as a passenger in a vehicle, then I do not know how you could be found guilty of public intoxication.
