QUESTION

What can I do if I was fired for stealing?

Asked on Jul 22nd, 2015 on Criminal Law - Washington
More details to this question:
I am a waitress. I did not charge drinks from time to time to benefit me. I have been fired and my boss said of, course, for theft. My company is a pretty large corporation and I need to see what to do immediately. As far as I know, no charges have been charged.

If you are charged with stealing, hire an experienced criminal defense attorney to represent you if you want to get the stealing charge dismissed or reduced to a lesser offense.

See an attorney, they had a right to dismiss you, seek prosecution criminally and civilly on what you have admitted in your question. Keep quite and seek counsel.
