More details to this question:
I was pulled over for not using turn signal. But I'm positive I did use my turn signal. No way to prove it, however. This resulted in a DUI for marijuana, possession, and paraphernalia charges.

When there is alleged to be insufficient probable cause to stop a motor vehicle, the defendant's attorney can file a motion to suppress all evidence because the stop was illegal . Review this with an attorney. Generally, unless you have videotape to prove otherwise, the judge will believe the police officer over you, in regard to the stop sign.
