What can I do if my license is suspended even though I was never arrested?

More details to this question:
I had a wreck 5 years ago and had to be taken to the hospital. The cop that was on the scene never arrested me but I was mailed a DWI. I moved back to another state right after that.

The police don't have to arrest you even if they charge you. It is perfectly legal to mail a ticket for DWI to you. Moving to another state does not solve the problem. You will never get the arrest warrant or the driver's license suspension lifted until you take care of the ticket for DWI. Hire an attorney who specializes in DWI and have the attorney take care of it for you.
