What can I do if someone is harassing me?

More details to this question:
There is person had been sending me messages and calling me for months. He said that he would kill me and my family. And he posted my personal information like my phone numbers and address online, he said that I was a liar and I took his money. He also posted my contact information for selling cars and renting houses. And I do not know what to do now. Please help.

You can sue him for libel and slander. You can also call the police. You can get a restraining order. Those are all steps that you can take.

In SC, it sounds like you certainly may have a case to get a restraining order taken out against this person. You should consult with a local attorney as soon as possible regarding this matter.
