What can I do if there is a false police report against me and now I have charges of aggravated assault?

More details to this question:
I recently found out that I have a warrant for an aggravated assault that never happened. It was a false report filed by someone seeking revenge on me. The next morning AFTER filing the report the complainant then began harassing me and my husband, and sent threatening text messages. We still have evidence of this harassment. The person also told me in a message "Nobody plays games better than me", a hint to me that this false police report was a part of their game. I am a law-abiding citizen, I have no criminal history and only one traffic ticket in 10 years of driving. What should I do?
Retain a good criminal lawyer and do not talk to the police. Save any messages and give them to your lawyer. See if you have an alibi for the date in question. If you are innocent it should be easy to prove.
You better hire a lawyer before you make a wrong move, like open your mouth to investigators and incriminate yourself. Remember, you have the right to remain silent, and no matter what you say it will be twisted around to be used against you later.
You should hire an attorney to help you with the criminal case you should consider a civil restraining order against the person if it can be proven that the charges are false, you might consider suing the person civilly for money you might contact a bondsman so you can turn yourself in on the warrant
