What can I do on a traffic warrant failure to appear?

My husband thought he had to be at court on 16th come to find out it was the 9th. What can I do to help him? Warrant is an FTA driving while suspended license.

Hire an attorney to straighten it out. There is nothing YOU can do as his wife to represent him.
