What can I do to have this lifted without going back and without going to jail?

I have a bench warrant for FTA on cost and fines not on purpose of course but I’m ordered to pay $200 a month on top of bills. I got behind. I moved to another state and the warrant is still up. I only owe $800 and I’m making payments again to make the fine go away.

Try to work it out on your own by calling whoever issued the warrant-whether it is a District Justice Office or a Judge. If that doesn't work, hire a lawyer.
