What can i do? what is the right thing to do?

I was in a car accident and i had the stop sign. i stoped and looked around to make sure i could go. i saw a car but the car was a block away so i had room to go. i went ahead and then i got struck on my back bumper and wheel.he was speeding. as i got hit my car made a 180 and i hit another car that was parked but it only had a scratch. the car that hit me ended up stopping a block away from the accident. i had witnesses which where the previous owners of the car and they had called the police. as we called the police the car that hit me was trying to leave but cars were approaching so he got out his car came to yell at all of us and then went back to his car and realized he locked his kkeys inside. the cops came and said it wasnt my fault and gave him a ticket. now, i just got the police report and saw the one of the cops wrote down saying they find it was my fault because i was not yielding to the other car right away. i dont want to be blamed for something that wasnt my fault
