More details to this question:
I'll be straight forward and honest. I took 16 Blackberryโs from my job. Now I have a stealing over charge. What am I facing? The company pays $199 per blackberry.
Get a lawyer. This may end up being a felony charge.
A lawyer may be able to get this down to a misdemeanor or even some program where you end up with no record.
Stright and honest will get you nowhere. If you think by opening your mouth and incrimating yourself that somehow your case will look better, you are dead wrong.
You better hire a lawyer before you make more mistakes. Theft is a crime of moral turpitude, and if you have it on your record you can pretty much kiss your career aspirations goodbye.
