Hello my fiance was involved in a fight and his brother shot the guy and he died. However they arrested my him too stating 2 out of the 7 witnesses 1 said he told him to do it the other said he gave him the gun. But thats not true.He had a pocket knife which he pulled out to back the guy off, he did not have any stab wounds. Can he get off? What will happen. And the witnesses are lying. and they all have criminal backgrounds.
