What can my husband do about his DUI in 2003?

Husband got a DUI in Chicago Illinois 2003. Never got the chance and the money to pay the fine, moved to CA. What he can do to find about his case, we got no paperwork or anything regarding his case. Thanks.

He can call the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County's office & they should be able to advise him of what he needs to do.
