What can we do if my husband got locked up again?

More details to this question:
My husband was put on probation in July 2009. His probation ended June 2011 but was tolled for what reason we don't know. Now they locked him up for because of a Facebook claim. What can we do?

He will have a revocation hearing. You must first find out why his probation was tolled and if it was then prove the facebook entry is false.
