What can we do in a false charge of underage drinking?

Me and my friends were arrested three years ago, We were arriving to my apartment when we notice two cops were looking for an apartment. We got inside and five minutes later a cop knocked on my door and arrested all of us (12 friends) for underage drinking, we were not drinking, we even asked for the police to search us and to perform the alcohol test, they refused and started making fun of us. We told him that we had just arrived. We were arrested and taken in 5 different cop cars. We were not read our miranda rights, while we were in the car the police officer was making fun of us. We came out in several news papers and three different news channels/newspapers acrross the border in Mexico. While being arrested in jail we were treated very bad. On of the local news interview, a man who made the complain, the man complain about a different apartment that was two streets way from us but in the same apt complex. I still have the video of the local news were the man is pointing at the apartments, and saying he is the one that complain. I had to moved to different cities twice, it was very hard to find a job. Is there anything I can still do, I am very stressed out that they still have my picture and in five different local news when you search online, even though it was a mistake.
