I got a DWI in Texas, and I am on probation with deferred adjudication of complete probation. I have 3 months left and I have been a stellar participant when I was arrested for public intoxication in another county in Texas .

You could get the max for the DWI you are going to need a good lawyer to keep you out of jail and on probation.
