QUESTION

What do I do about getting pull over for an inactive license and a dwi charge?

More details to this question:
While driving I was pulled over for my license needing to be reinstated. The cop ask was there any drugs in the car, I told him no and he search me and my car anyway just to find that I was telling the truth. I had smoked a blunt about 3 hrs ago but I smoke at least once a day everyday so a blunt don't do much to me. A high maybe for an hour, but the cop did a subordinate test on me after the search. I did everything he asked just for him to say at the end he was taking me to jail. After being cuffed and in his car he told me he didn't even pull me about my driving at all it was fine and that he was out giving dwi all night cause he was in a special task force so I feel as he gave it just because he couldn't find any weed on me or my car and to make his quoter for the month. How do I go about getting this handle? 1st dwi I ever got on my driving record of 23 years.

Well for starters don't drive while impaired with an expired tag. As to the charges - you can either plead guilty or get a lawyer.
