What do I do and what happens when I go to court it says there’s a warrant because my fine was due already?

More details to this question:
I had gone to the judge for an extension for my work release. When I went to see him, he brought up my fine and confused me. I thought he extended that to the same as my work release date. I looked online right now to check the dates because I need to go see the judge about another extension.

Some courts turn the fine over to a collection agency. They may not even pay attention. You still may have an issue of the judge not extending the work release program.
