I have a warrent, my public defender will not put me back on calender I went to court on 5/23/25 my public defender was not present the judge said I had a bench warrent made the bail bond place driver to court to reinstate my bond they did I get home and there was another warrent in place for my arrest, I was told I had court on the 27th I keep a close eye on calender and at 7:30 am of court date cases said vacated.. still no contact from public defender or there office I now have a warrent they finally contacted me through email told me no they are not going to put me back on calender and or help I'm going to get arrested no matter what!!!
I am sorry this happened to you. Often times, the pubkic defender offices are very overworked and are unable to adequately represent all of their clients. It is an unfortunate fact these days. You might want to consider hiring a good, experienced criminal defense lawyer who should be able to give your case the attention it deserves.
