Asked on Dec 18th, 2016 on Criminal Law - Indiana
More details to this question:
They gave me a liaison but did not have much help. They were ordered restitution for my property (police report was filed, have eye witness). I don't know what to do or if I can say anything. They had 2 continuances. Is there any advice you could give me? I'm sick to my stomach. I have no money to offer.

Please repost this question with more facts. As is, it makes little sense. The victim's advocate should be able to give you advice on when actual restitution might be forthcoming. The tough art is that being a victim of a theft usually means that you will not get your item or money back, and that can be a tough reality to face.
