What do I do if I ran from probation 4 years ago?

More details to this question:
Long story short, I was in and out of rehab (have not gotten arrested since the original incident). Now I'm clean and sober far away from working for the drug treatment center that helped me get sober. The warrant for VOP is non extraditable but I would like to clear it up so I can visit my family.
