QUESTION
What do I do if my PTI was overturned without notice?

More details to this question:
I was put on PTI in 2008. I moved to a different county in 2010 and was reporting to probation. My probation officer was switched 3 times within 6 months and stopped receiving notices to report. I never received a notice to report to court either. I was still paying my fines just not going to see anybody because i was told i had nobody assigned to me. My probation period was for 2 years (08-10). My background check came for a job and they stated I had a felony and it was still an open case. I have a warrant out for my arrest since 2011. i Have not received anything from the courts or probation for 4 years. How do i go about this?

We are involved in the exact type of case. We are working with the judge and prosecutor to have the person re-entered into PTI so that the person can complete PTI and not have a record. We have set forth the drug testing and work record and IRS records and the positI've comments of probation officer. Please call if we can help. Ed Dimon,Esq. 732-797-1600
