If you have a copy of the document printed by the breath testing machine you should set up a meeting with a DUI attorney, they will be able to help you decipher the information contained on the document, as a general rule there is no difference between a "passing" and "failing" breath testing printout.

They look the same but just have different test results on them.

They both look the same, except for the breath alcohol content reading. If the reading is .08 or above, you fail. If it is below a .08 you pass.

They look the same. The difference is the breath test level. A reading of .08 or above is a "failed" test because that is the legal limit. A "failed" test could also result if the person refuses to take the breath test.
