What does it mean when the status of a criminal case is closed on the Magisterial District Courts Docket sheets?

More details to this question:
My daughter was arrested for assault with a weapon and has been in a holding facility for four months. She has recently had a hearing and was offered a deal to go up state for 1-3 years She said that she had rejected the deal, however, when I entered her case number into the Magisterial Courts Docket Sheets website, the status of her case says "closed". I'm confused as to why the status of her case says "closed" if she rejected the 1-3 year deal. Will or was her case submitted to a higher court for trial? What happens next and what should we do?
