I received a letter saying my name with another person's name that says notice of Correction vehicle code 40505. How do I correct change of my court date? What's the possible outcome of the situation?

You should hire a lawyer to go to court to recall the warrant. A lawyer can do this without you present if the underlying charge is an infraction or misdemeanor, so it is less risky for you.
