QUESTION

What does waived for court mean on docket sheet of closed case?

Asked on May 05th, 2021 on Criminal Law - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
In 2014 I was charged the max for my crime (sentenced to drug court) and got two felonies and a misdemeanor. In 2016 I was revocated and resentenced but unsure what I was charged with (got time served). On my docket sheet the two felonies say withdrawn and the misdemeanor says waived for court. Does this mean I wasn't charged for them? Shouldn't there be new charges from the revocation somewhere? I'm just confused, wading through the mistakes of my 20's, and trying to see if I can pass a background check for a firearm. Thanks for any help!
