my husband was accusedof touching his cousin more than 10 years ago she was 5 at the time he was 13 .she saying its not rape if not sexual abuse she saying it wasn't aggressive all she saying is he rubbed against her a couple times she recently filed a police report .there is an investigation. The dective called , we voultary went down there the to tell his side of the story but what if it is can she proved to make this a case. He said it was up to da to see of there is case.

This is strange that it would be investigated seriously because of the age of the parties and how long ago it was. If what you have written is all they have then it is a case that should be easy to defend.
