QUESTION

What exactly does it mean if I was arrested for unlawful imprisonment?

More details to this question:
Is this going to stay on my record? They didn't tell me anything after they released me from jail. I spent 4 days, never even got to see a judge and they let me out. They told me it was exonerated. I'm free to go but now. What do I do? Do I have to have this removed from my record? Is the case over and closed or what does this exactly mean?

The case is over. If it was never filed with the prosecutor, then it is not on your record. Check with court clerk.
