It was a pair of socks for $22.00 and 2 shirts for $48.00 so $68.00 in all. It was a stupid mistake and I know. I’ll never do it again. This is my first every time.

Hire an attorney to represent you in court. It depends on which court your case is in, but your attorney can probably get the charge dismissed or reduced to a lesser offense if you have no prior convictions for stealing.
