What happens if I don't pay a civil citation for paraphernalia?

More details to this question:
I was pulled over in Santee, SC and received a speeding ticket and a civil citation for paraphernalia even though I don't think he had probable cause to search my vehicle. What happens if I don't pay the civil fine within 30 days?

You would best be served by asking for a jury trial and hiring a criminal defense attorney.  If the paraphenalia was in plain view or even, if not, you would be well served by hiring a criminal defense attorney to protect your legal rights.
