QUESTION

What happens if I was falsely accused for underage drinking?

Asked on Apr 23rd, 2013 on DUI/DWI - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I take yohimbe drops, which are a natural supplement I use for metabolism. I take three droppers full about three times a day. They contain anywhere from 67-77% grain alcohol. I went to a party that happened to get busted, and did not drink. However, my BAV was 0.01 due to these drops and I am still being charged for underage drinking because the cop thought I was lying. So is there a good chance if I plead not guilty, that I will be able to have the citation dropped along with not getting my license suspended? What process should I go about doing so? And if I am still accused for this, what can I do to get my license back faster than the 90 days suspension or what ways can I get the driver's suspension dropped completely?

Don't plead guilty, hire a lawyer and defend this. The attorney can advise as to whether he can defend and beat this case. If he can't, there is often a first time offenders program consisting of classes for minors charged with underage drinking. The attorney can tell you all the details. Because of the hidden/secret license suspension, I wouldn't go to the hearing alone.
