What happens if I wasn't read my miranda rights while I was arrested?

More details to this question:
I was arrested for theft 2 for shop liffting and when i was beening hand cuffed they didnt read me my rights noteven when i was in custody, can the charges be dropped? What can i do?

Miranda is only if they are going to interrogate you. If they did and didn't read you Miranda, then the statements can be suppressed.

No the charges will not be dropped for that reason. The only result in a failure to give Miranda rights is the suppression of any inculpatory (guilty) statements made in response to interrogation while in custody.
