What happens if my DWI was dismissed with prejudice?

More details to this question:
I was charged with DWI on June 10, 2010, I entered a guilty plea and appealed it to circuit court. On January 27, 2012, I was charged with driving on a suspended license. The DWI was dismissed with prejudice on July 9, 2012. Does that reverse the driving on suspended license and should I get my bond money back?

Probably not as your license was suspended at the time. Bond money depends on how you bonded.
