Two things will probably happen. (1) A probation violation which could result in jail time and (2) new charges which could result in additional jail time. Get an attorney.

Generally you are going to be charged with the theft of the phone, which I assume has sufficient value to make it a potential felony. That is going to be compounded by the fact that you have violated your probation and therefore will be violated for that as well. I would suggest that you engage an attorney for you are really going to need one.

You will have a hearing for the offense you are on probation for. They will resentence you at the hearing.
