What happens if you get two underage drinking violations?

More details to this question:
A friend of mine had received an underage drinking violation. She completed the program. They put her in and got off of probation just a few months ago. Tonight, she received another underage. What consequences is she looking at and do we need to hire an attorney for her when she has to go to court?
