My first one was in 98, second one was in 2008. What are the chances of me getting probation?

Probation depends on your lawyer, the facts, the district attorney and the Judge. Better hire the best DWI attorney you can afford. 3rd DWI is a felony punishable up to $10K fine and 2-10 years in prison.
