What happens to my court case now?

More details to this question:
I was accused and arrested for possession of a controlled substance after being pulled over by a police officer for expired tags. I'm going to court for this now but the officer was just fired bc he had lied on his applications because he was arrested for stealing a car after high school could my charges be dropped now? I never gave him permission to search my truck either and I made sure he knew my ex girlfriend was in rehab after he found this controlled substance I'm not a user and so on he did not care please help!!

It depends on what other evidence there is. You sound like you have several issues.  If you never gave him permission to search your car, you may want to file a motion to suppress.  The fact that he got fired is potentially exculpatory, but that does not automatically mean your charges are dismissed. For example, if there's a video recording of you saying you knew the drugs were in the car, you are still going to have a difficult time. You should talk to your attorney. They should know what to do when this kind of situation pops up.
