More details to this question:
My husband is in jail right now for a failure to appear. He did not fail to appear, he left the court when he got a call that there was a family emergency, I had broken my ankle and we had gotten a call that his uncle who is a disabled vet had Burnt his legs severely and he was told he might not even make it through the procedures, when he went back on his next court date he was sent to jail for the failure to appear and is scheduled to go back to court on the 24th to be sentenced for his very first vop. His uncle is in very bad shape and is only getting worse he now has had one foot amputated and they are looking into amputating the other leg and the Dr's have already told him with everything that's been going on with his health, they do not have high hopes for his body to be able to handle these amputations considering he also has neuropathy in his legs. I just am wanting to know if or what I could possibly do about this situation, thank you.
