What is a non drug charge with time served?

I was indicted along with 6 other people of coubt 1 conspiracy to distribute controlled substance..my paid lawyer had to close her private practice i never received my money back i became very ill while going thru the proceeding administer another lawyer thru the court i went thru two mental eval to show i could stand trial was told my case would never go to trial lawyer wants me to take a plea of a non drug charge but i do not understand this..there was a gun in the car but no evidence its mind and 50 grams of marijuana was mailed to my home 5 months after i had moved and had no knowledge of. They wanted me to do a profer but i have no info to give and i hve been sitting now since 2017 my health is not stable or understood has suffered 2 strokes and having multiple seziures and in a wheelchair was given the wrong medication and place is not medical equipment for me.
