More details to this question:
I was supposed to go to court the 14th of January and supposedly my lawyer said that everything was postponed until April and they are trying to negotiate stuff out when I said I wanted to go to trial to get it over and done with.so basically I'm trying to figure out if he's trying to extend this or what because three months from now isn't going to change a thing

I know that courts can be frustrating right now.
