My boyfriend got caught for conversion unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of a controlled substance. The conversion is a misdemeanor and the other two are level 6 felonies. He went to court and they asked him if he wanted to talk to the prosecuter and he said yes. He is going to ask for 5 years of probation and 6 months of drug classes do you think that they will give that to him or do you think they will make him do some time? He has been in jail for 48 days.

He SHOULD NOT attempt any resoltuion without an attorney! As far as what can happen there are many factors that need to be considered which is why he needs an attorney. Hire private counsel or ask for public defender.
