My husband is being charged with Intoxication Assault (3rd degree felony). He has no prior record. This is his first offense. When he took the breath test, his alcohol level read 0.147. He has been in jail for about two months. He has no bond because he has an ICE hold. How much longer will he be there until his court date? Also, how much time will he be facing?
